Adventures with Theo documents the fun family activities we do in and around Salt Lake City, Utah. Theo is the cute 7-year-old you see pictured above with his two parents. Ever since Theo was a baby, his mom (pictured on the left and the author of this website) called their daily activities “adventures” to break up the monotony of being a full-time stay-at-home-mom. As a result, every day was full of new and fun adventures to be shared and explored.

We also went on grander adventures to the theatre, restaurants, parks and other places that I felt were worthy of sharing with our young friends and their grown-ups. I compiled a list of family-friendly holiday activities in December 2013 and was approached by a fellow mom who was a producer at KSL-5 who asked me to come on the program to talk about those activities. And thus, the monthly Adventures with Theo segment on Browser 5.0 during the noon newscast on KSL-5 began.

We have fun and we love sharing it with others. Hope this website gives you some ideas to enjoy adventures of your own with your family!

In addition to being the mother of Theo, Christina Lau Billings is a professional advertising strategist. Christina graduated from Wellesley and has a master’s degree in Human Development & Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is married to her high-school sweetheart David Billings (also known as “Theo’s dad”) and they live in the Avenues.
